Challenging revision rhinoplasty procedure, with the patient's first procedure leaving his nose without much support of the tip and an unnatural appearance. Cartilage from the septum was used to strengthen up the tip (columellar strut), with a variety of other techniques used to restore a more aesthetic appearance.
