This young lady was teased about her prominent ears since a young age.  The right ear is more prominent and lower set... than the left. The otoplasty re-shaped the ears and brought them closer to the head.  The overall improvement in the appearance really shows that the ears serve to "frame the face", and contribute to this patients beauty.
