This is a 22 year-old male with a nose he feels is “too big” in proportion to the rest of his facial features. He has a... prominent bump of the nasal bridge, an over-projected (sticks out too far) nasal bridge, a wide nasal tip, and a nose that droops too much, especially when he smiles. His dorsum is also slightly crooked due to a deviated nasal septum. He wanted a masculine nose with a straight nasal bridge on the profile view and no prominent bump, along with a centered bridge on the frontal view. He also wanted me to give the tip some refinement without it looking over-done, straighten the crooked dorsum, and narrow the wide bridge and tip a bit. His main concern was fixing these issues and still maintaining a strong, masculine look, and achieving a more balanced look to the nose and face. more »
