This is a 24 female who broke her nose in an automobile accident. The bony nasal bridge and septum were broken and shifted to... the right (seen best on frontal view), causing nasal obstruction and marked asymmetry of her nose. There was an in-fracture and collapse of the left side and an out-fracture of the bones on the right side of her nose. She wanted her broken nasal bones and septum fixed so she could look and function like she did before the fracture. more »
