40 year-old female with a complex deviated nasal septum

This is a 40 year-old female with a complex deviated nasal septum causing significant nostril asymmetry (seen best on basal... and frontal view) and nasal obstruction. She also has a prominent nasal bump from prior nasal trauma and a slightly bulbous tip. She wants to breathe better, have symmetry to her nostrils and lower part of her nose, have the bump on her bridge lowered, and have the tip softened.
