53 Year Old Female previoulsy treated with skin graft after skin cancer removal

53 year old female who had previously has a large skin cancer removed on her forehead/ hairline area. The defect was initially... repaired with a full thickness skin graft by another Surgeon. The patient presented to my office 1 year later requesting scar revision. The skin graft and old scar were removed and the area reconstructed with an "O to T" closure. The postoperative picture is 3 months later. more »
