This is a 25-year-old female who presented for evaluation of her nose and chin. Her primary complaint was her nasal appearance... and we discussed the imbalance of her chin with her facial proportions. She underwent a rhinoplasty, or nose reshaping, and chin augmentation using an anatomic chin implant. Her photographs are seen at one year after surgery. more »
