This is a 44-year-old female who presented for evaluation for a small chin and unattractive neck contour. Her primary... complaints were her small chin and the redundant skin of her neck. She did not want a facelift, but better definition and balance between her chin and neck. She underwent a silicone anatomic chin implant with a neck lift.
