This is a 34-year-old male who presented for an evaluation for a neck lift. He complained of fullness around his neck and the... lack of definition of his jaw line. In addition, he wanted a stronger male profile. A silicone chin implant was suggested. He underwent a neck left, which included liposuction of the neck region, a platysma muscle tightening and mastoid jaw definition suture. He also had a medium anatomic silicone chin implant. more »
