47 year old female, chin implant

This is a 47-year-old female who presents for evaluation for a facelift. One of her goals was a better balance with her... profile. A small anatomic chin implant was suggested. She underwent a facelift, endoscopic brow lift, nasal tip reshaping, lower lid eye lift, chin implant, TCA chemical peel and lip augmentation. Her goal was to have an overall younger appearance. For the lower eyelid lift, she had an external incision with tightening of the orbicularis muscle and an endoscopic brow lift elevation of 5 millimeters on each side. She had a portion of the SMAS tissue tightened and AlloDerm, a skin substitute, placed in her lips. The photographs are one year postoperatively. more »
