39 year old female, arm lift

This is a 39-year-old female who presented for evaluation for an arm lift. She lost 90 pounds of weight after bariatric... surgery. She complains of the laxity of tissue in the upper arm which is often seen in massive weight loss patients. She underwent an arm lift, or brachioplasty, with an extension into the axilla and the upper back area. She has a nice, normal silhouette to her arms and axillae and her scars are well-placed. She is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. more »
