45 year old female, browl lift

This is a 45-year-old female who presented for evaluation for rejuvenation of her upper face. She underwent an endoscopic brow... lift and upper and lower eyelid lift, or blepharoplasty. Her complaint was the heaviness around her eyes. The endoscopic eyebrow lift elevated the eyebrows 8 millimeters on both sides. Her lower eyelid lift removed fat through the transconjunctival approach, or inside the eyelid. She had lateral eyelid tightening. more »
