32 year old female, brow lift

This is a 32-year-old female who presented for evaluation for an eye lift. Her primary concern is the heaviness around the... eyes. Due to the low position of the eyebrows, an endoscopic brow lift was performed. This is a common concern of patients – thinking the eyelids are heavy and it is actually the eyebrows being in a lower position.
