This is a 28-year-old female who presented for an external rhinoplasty, or nose reshaping. Her primary complaints were the... fullness of her nasal dorsum, the roundness and the down-turned tip. She underwent nose reshaping with hump reduction and nasal tip refinement. These photographs were taken approximately one year after surgery. more »
