Asian Rhinoplasty

24 year old Asian female with a low, broad dorsum or bridge, and bulbous tip. This patient wanted a higher, thinner bridge and... refined nasal tip. Rhinoplasty Surgery was performed, which included a custom carved silastic implant, the SLUPimplantTM, to raise ands refine the bridge. Defatting of the nasal tip was performed and multiple cartilage strut grafts and shield grafts were placed to bring support, lift and projection to the nasal tip. more »
