The patient had a large lipoma of her upper lateral back which she wanted removed without significant scarring, knowing that... most lipoma removals result in a long, visible scar. This location was visible in any low-back dress or bathing suit. The lipoma was removed with two 3 mm incisions. Result is at 5 days. Pathology was sent and was benign lipoma. more »
