This patient consulted for revision tummy tuck surgery to improve the unsatisfactory results she'd received elsewhere from... abdominoplasty surgery. The before photographs illustrate the following issues: a high incision , poor waist proportions, bulging abdominal appearance, an uneven distribution of skin tension between the upper and lower abomen, and a noticeable "step-off" at the incision.
