Rhinoplasty performed elsewhere: patient left with over resected nasal hump, pointy tip that is over projected and nostrils that were pulled up...worst part was patient could not breathe through her nose
After Revision Rhinoplasty: cartilage graft placed over dorsum, pointy tip was rounded, tip was slightly elevated and deprojected to match her chin, nostrils were brought down, and breathing was restored
Patient had rhinoplasty performed elsewhere several years ago and left with significant nasal breathing difficulty and external deformity; after revision rhinoplasty requiring 4-5 hours of work and multiple advanced techniques to recreate a balanced nose
