This patient came in complaining about her ears sticking out. This was a result of having large cartilages that make up the... bowl of the ear as well as poorly defined structures of the top of the cartilage, leading to a floppy ear. Dr. Balikian performed an Otoplasty to treat both causes of the protruding ear. The result is a naturally pinned back ear. more »
