Patient had 6 implants placed on the top, which were failing. Patient was wearing a removable denture and was unhappy with... that. The treatment plan included the revision and grafting of existing implants, removal of the implants with poor prognosis, and additional 2 posterior implants in the area of the molars. Patient had upper posterior implants placed, anterior failing implants grafted with bone. Permanent hybrid prosthesis was done for the top. more »
