Re-augmentation and tissue matrix reconstruction
36 year old post saline implant augmentation and three subsequent surgeries with bad scarring at another office. Patient presented with rock hard implants, wide and long scars under the breasts.
Preop, patient flexing pectoral muscles.
6 months postop saline implant deflation, fat grafts to the superior and medial chest, reaugmentation with silicone gel implants and placement of tissue matrix sutured to the muscles which were retracted superiorly and revision of wide inframmamary scars.
