Extraction and space closure

Occlusal views of lower teeth. This patient had moderate dental crowding with anterior openbite. Four first bicuspid teeth were removed and the spaces closed. By extracting teeth, she was able to correct her crowding and openbite. Total time taken for treatment was under two years.
