Sculptra injections

65 year old with history of facelift 15 years before now receives 16 ml of Sculptra injections. She is one year post injections in the after photo. Most of the aging appearance was from loss of volume. Note increase under eyes, cheeks, and around the chin.

65 years old with volume loss as the primary cause of the signs of aging. Treatment was with Sculptra. The injections were... entirely subcutaneously except for the lower eyelids which were sub-orbicularis muscle. The post injection photo is at one year. Seven ml of saline was used as the diluent. She had 8 ml injected in each of two sessions. more »
