Nose Surgery -Rhinoplasty
24 year old female.
Post-op picture shows narrowed alar base. The nasal tip is elevated and narrowed and the nasal hump corrected. The nasolabial angle is more delicate and feminine. Alloderm was used to correct the retrusive alar base.
