Poor teeth broken off at gumline

Pt with dental implants and Immediate Temporary bridge

PT had not been to dentist in several years and neglected her teeth. They could not be resored becasue they were broken at teh... gumline. Pt wanted to address her top jaw first. All teeth were removed, the bone was smoothed and dental implants were placed at the same time. A temporary bridge was placed on the implants the day of surgery which will be replaced by a permanent bridge in about 4 months more »
