64 year old male following skin cancer reconstruction of the nose.

This gentleman had Mohs surgery (skin cancer excision) of his nose performed by a Mohs Surgeon and came to me for the... reconstruction. I utilized a combination of an advancement flap and a rotation flap to repair the excision site. This was done under local anesthesia in the office and took approximately one hour. He is shown 3 months following the repair and is quite happy with his outcome. more »
