Closed Nasal Reduction (Resetting Broken Nose)

His nose slammed into his boat  while kayaking and created this traumatic nasal deformity with associated septal deviation.

He is now back to having a straight nose and, most importantly, can breathe out of it. If you know of anyone who breaks their nose, or thinks they broke their nose, have them seek medical attention within two weeks for a possible "resetting" of the nose.
