Breast Augmentation

This is a 27-year old woman had been considering breast augmentation for some time. In addition to increasing the volume of... her A cup breasts, she was also hoping to correct the asymmetry in their size and appearance. She decided to proceed with a transaxillary subpectoral breast augmentation using saline implants. The high profile style of implant was chosen, and they were filled to different levels to accommodate the asymmetry.
