Overly agressive reduction Rhinoplasty had caused loss of the nasal bridge, twisted nasal tip and colapse of the side walls of the nose. Her breathing was compromised. Reconstructive and aesthetic open Rhinoplasty improved both functional and cosmetic issues.

Revision Rhinoplasty

Auricular (ear) cartilage was needed to rebuild the structures of her nose as demonstrated in these photos, where the side walls of the nose have been strengthened and supported.
