The patient presented with brow ptosis as well as dermatochalasis and pseudoherniation of the lower eyelid fat pads and... significant volume depletion. The patient was interested only in eyelid surgery and did not want a brow lift or volume. The lower blepharoplasty was done using the transconjunctival approach. more »
