This 30ish year old mother desired to regain her pregnancy figure.... and then some! We talked about the various options for... body improvement and ultimately decided up performing a combination of procedures. She underwent breast augmeantation using silicone implants placed through an incision below the breasts, a tummy tuck and then we used the fat from the abdominoplasty to re-inject it into the buttocks.  more »
