This 22-year old patient was interested in implant revision surgery. Due to encapsulation, her breast became hard and firm... from the scar tissue formed around her breast implants. In order to achieve her desired look, her previous breast implants were removed, capsulectomy (removal of capsule scar tissue.) was performed and then replaced with saline breast implants, filled to 700cc in both breasts. more »
