This 40 year old mother of two children wanted the typical "mommy makeover"....a flatter stomach and perkier... breasts! Although we discussed enhancing her breasts with both a lift and an implant, it was apparant from our conversations that she desired a slight decrease in her existing breast volume with an aggressive lift to give her the silhouette she desired. She underwent a breast lift (or mastopexy), full abdominoplasty, and liposuction of the lower back and lateral thighs. more »
