32 year old wanted a higher, thinner bridge, refined nasal tip and reduction in nasal width. Rhinoplasty sSrgery was... performed, which included custom carved silastic implant, the SLUPimplant, to raise and refine the bridge. Defatting of the nasal tip was performed and multiple cartilage strut grafts and shield grafts were placed to bring support, lift and definition to the nasal tip. This patient also requested a narrowing of the nostrils, which was performed using a vertical and horizontal nasal narrowing technique. Patient is very happy post operatively with aesthetic proportions of his nose while his ethnic features were preserved. more »
