This 73-year-old man with rheumatoid arthritis and on blood thinners stated that he had to hold his upper lids up with his... fingers to see. After discussing his options, he elected to proceed with bilateral ptosis repair of his upper lids, combined with upper and lower eyelid lifts, and endoscopic forehead (eyebrow) lift procedures.
