Revision Breast Surgery

This 32-year old patient from La Quinta, California was interested in revisionary breast surgery. After having breast... augmentation performed by a previous surgeon, she developed scar tissue and was very unhappy with the shape, size, and mal-position of her breast implants and wanted to improve her look. She needed to exchange her implants and have a capsulorrhaphy performed (internal sutures for better implant position). In order to achieve her desired look, used 600cc moderated plus profile, silicone-gel breast implants, on both breasts.
