Revision Breast Surgery

This 24-year old patient was interested in revisionary breast surgery. The patient was status post breast augmentation in... 2007, performed by another doctor. Due to bottoming out and implant mal-position, the patient decided to proceed with surgery.  The patient explained in detail, she wanted implant revision to remove her saline breast implants and to re-augment with silicone-gel breast implants. In order to achieve her desired look, internal sutures was used to re-create the breast pocket position. 600cc moderated plus profile, silicone-gel breast implants, replaced her previous saline breast implants.
