Revision Breast Surgery

This 25-year-old patient who was interested in breast revision surgery. The patient previously had breast augmentation surgery... performed by another surgeon in 2005 with saline breast implants placed subglandular (over the muscle). The patient explained in detail, the complications she was experiencing inculding capsular contracture. In order to achieve her desired look, her previous saline implants were removed along with capsulorrhaphy (removal of scar tissue to prevent reccuring dislocation.) and replaced with 500cc silicone-gel breast implants in both breasts with full breast lift to create fullness and cleavage, and breast implants were placed under the muscle for a more natural look. The patient is now 1-year post-op surgery and is extremely happy with new and much improved look. more »
