This patient lost over 100 lbs. and has had gastric bypass surgery. At this time she is interested in breast implants along... with a breast lift and arm lift. Determined she would benefit from an upper body lift as well. This patient is 2-month post-op upper body lift, breast augmentation/ mastopexy with saline implants filled to 770 cc on both the left and right side.
