This is a 46 year old woman (5'5", 138lbs) with large breast and significant ptosis (drooping/sagging). This resulted... in neck and shoulder pain and grooving from her bra. We corrected these problems with a modified "wise-pattern inverted T reduction mammoplasty" removing 550 grams from the right breast and 580 grams from the left. Photos taken post operatively at four months show minimal scarring, a pleasing appearance to the breasts and significant improvement in her symptoms. more »
