Photos taken at six weeks from surgery. 40-year old diagnosed with a malignant neoplasm of the upper-inner quadrant of the right breast, invasive ductal. She underwent bilateral nipple/skin sparring mastectomies with immediate reconstruction with silicone implant placement. 375 cc smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone implants used.
