This patient was in her 40s and wanted to address her jowls, deepened smile lines, and her 'weak' or receded chin. She... underwent a laser facelift with a chin implant under local anesthesia (procedural time was 2.5 hours). Note that laser liposuction was performed to the face and jowl areas to help sculpt a more heart-shaped appearance to her face.
