Concentric lift with Inamed 450 cc implants filled to 500 cc's

32 year old female wanted better shape and larger breasts after two children. She was 5'8", 170 lbs. I did a concentric... mastopexy (also known as periareolar or circumferential mastopexy), along with Inamed 450 cc saline implants filled to 500 cc's. Postoperative cup size was 36D.
