390 cc nominal volume saline implants filled to 400 cc's using transaxillary (armpit) approach

36 year old woman with 34A breasts wanted a large C/small D. She was 5'3" and 125 lbs, no pregnancies. There was some... asymmetry of the breast folds and nipple position preoperativley, which is seen postoperatively as well.
