A properly performed butt lift is not a small operation. This patient was ideally suited as she had had a tummy tuck years... prior and liposuction by other doctors prior to consultation. She was in excellent health, but was bothered by her back, bra line and buttock fullness that she viewed as fat that had not been adequately removed. While there was fat associated with the skin, the skin was the majority of the problem.
