Breast Life/Augmentation

This patient is a 50-year old woman who came in interested in improving her breast involution. This is a loss of volume which... can occur after pregnancy or weight loss. Suggested a breast augmentation, and donut mastopexy or breast lift, using approximately a 375 cc implant. The surgery is usually performed under general anesthesia, and takes about one and a half, to two hours to perform. Most patients return to regular activity within a week or two after surgery.
