Rhinoplasty: Photos

Non Surgical Rhinoplasty

This young woman came in for her consultation and was concerned with somewhat prominent flaring of her nostrils in... particularly when she smiled. A common request for Rhinoplasty is to narrow the nostrils. These changes can be accomplished through a surgical nasal flare reduction which can be performed in-office in about 30 minutes. I suggested that she consider using dermafiller to augment the bridge and tip of her nose post surgery. In-office limited Rhinoplasty for nostril flare, and a Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty, 3 months after surgery, injecting Juvederm to build her Bridge and define the Tip. This photo shows her immediately after her Non Surgical Rhinoplasty. Because of the limited nature of her nose surgery in San Francisco, she can already appreciate her result more »
