This 56 year old lady lost a lot of weight through diet and exercise. She wanted some tone and shape restored to her back side. I did a buttock and flank lift on her. She added to this nice result by putting on a few (much neede in my opinion) pounds and some muscle by working out with a trainier. Her scar is well hidden by her thong.
