This is a 15 year old male patient who suffered trauma to his nose during wrestling at school. He has a hanging columella... (which is the bridge of skin between the nostrils) which also needed to be addressed. In addition he had a significant septal deviation and large turbinates. He underwent rhinoplasty to straighten the nose, create a more straight profile, correct the internal deviations, and correct a hanging columella. more »
