This is a 16 year old male patient who did not like the bump on the upper part of the nose which accentuated the depression... along the lower third of the nose. He also had internal breathing problems with a septal deviation and enlarged, allergic turbinates. After surgery, his profile is more straight as I took down the hump and added a small piece of cartilage where the depression was. In addition, his septal deviation and enlarged turbinates were corrected. more »
